Cosy one bed guest house set in idyllic location

Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, the annexe at Tower Hill Barn Selattyn, provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just 3 miles from the border town of Oswestry it provides an ideal base for walkers, with an abundance of local footpaths - Offa's Dyke is close by. The village of Selattyn is home to The Docks pub which serves excellent food and local beers. The property is not really suitable for children and regrettably we do not accept pets.

We are around 15 minutes from Chester and 40 minutes from Snowdonia National Park. There are 3 great nature reserves within 5 minutes and Wrexham Football Club is 4 miles. Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador)

Llys Onnen - North Wales Holiday Cottage

Llys Onnen is located near the village of Graianrhyd in North Wales. The cottage is set within 3 acres of land & is home to our Chickens. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. There’s ample parking including an electric vehicle (EV) charging point.

The private garden, terrace and hot tub provide the perfect place to relax under the oak tree. Access beautiful countryside walks straight from your door or explore Chester and Shrewsbury, only a short drive away. Pheasant Barn is our other property at the same location has a hot tub and is dog friendly.

A cosy home with underfloor heating, woodburner, fully equipped kitchenette, king sized bed & private parking. 5/10 mins walk to the steam train station, pub, canal & river. 1 mile from the centre of Llangollen which has many more pubs, restaurants & activities. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

Dudleston Heath is situated near the small town of Ellesmere known for its beautiful mere, walks along the Shorpshire canal and quick access to the Welsh hills and county town of Shrewsbury. We welcome dogs and the property is very suitable for those who wish to be on one level.

Wilderness Lodge is a stunning brand new build set into the Shropshire hillside with incredible views, beautiful walks and just a stone's throw from Chester and Shrewsbury. The Lodge is self-contained with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and 2 sofa beds suitable for children. Please note the sofa beds are situated in the open plan lounge. It is finished to an extremely high standard with a 52" LED TV, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker system and remote mood lighting.

Tucked away off the main road you will find our stylish and secluded little cottage, views at the front and back look at the Corwen railway station part of the Llangollen heritage line, up to Caer Drewyn Iron Age hill fort and the beautiful Dee valley. Lots of walking and cycling from the front door along with public transport to surrounding countryside . Bala lake is 10 miles away offering various water sport activities. EV charging at premises on request,
