Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. This is a 4 bedroom cabin that is great for a relaxing weekend getaway. Upstairs, there is a king bed, bunk bed (twin over full). Downstairs, there is a queen bed, bunk bed (twin over full). Lake views can be enjoyed from every bedroom. There is a covered deck for barbecuing and a front porch where you can enjoy meals as well as soak in the scenery and sunsets. It is completely updated. It is a short walk to the beach. The beach has a boat ramp. There is room for boat/jet skis on property.

Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .
