Country living at it’s best! Located 6 miles from Randolph , Ne. Quite , peaceful country style of living! Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

A hidden gem tucked into the inlet of Wall Lake, just 10 minutes west of Sioux Falls, SD! Not only a fishermen’s paradise, it’s also great for a calm kayak or paddle board ride, or venture straight out into the lake to enjoy a swim. At night enjoy roasting marshmallows by the fire and lounging in a hammock. The sunsets over the farmland will take your breath away. In the winter, enjoy your own private ice skating rink. Dewalds Country Inn

Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

The Doll House

Your own little house. The perfect size for someone in town for business or a couple visiting for a few days. Furnished with all you would need if you plan to spend a full week or month in town.. Gas stove, full fridge, microwave, ect. Washer and dryer in the house. Queen bed, couch and love seat. Wireless internet and a smart TV for streaming, no cable. Located in the center of town (a few blocks from Augustana and USF, 1 mile to Sanford Hospital).

Bridgewater’s Cottage @ the Park

This is a private Cottage Cabin, adjacent to the City Park in Bridgewater. This Cottage has character with a vintage rustic feel while offering all the amenities of a modern day residence. The cottage has a kitchen with full size fridge and full bath with an oversized shower. It is set up as a studio living space with areas connected. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.
