Ob als simples "Dach über den Kopf" oder als ein entspannter Spot zum Ruhen auf meiner Couch mit dem Entertainment-System. Ich bin mir sicher die Wohnung sagt euch in jeder Hinsicht zu, da sie auch sehr zentral liegt und alles was man braucht in unter 10 Minuten zu erlaufen, bzw. zu erfahren ist. Gelegentlich wohnt eine Katze bei mir. Natürlich versuche ich vor eurem Aufenthalt alles so gründlich wie möglich zu reinigen, aber es wäre besser, wenn ihr keine Katzenhaarallergie habt.

Walking distance from art galleries, cinemas and theatres (see my guid book). Near to everything, public transport are available at a 3 minutes walk.

Hübsche Altbauwohnung im Dachgeschoss. Direkt im lebendigen Plagwitz gelegen. Es gibt viele kleine Kneipen und Galerien gleich um die Ecke und der Kanal und der Kanal ist auch nicht weit. Der Clarapark ist fußläufig erreichbar, das Stadtzentrum und der Kulkwitzer See sind mit der Bahn sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung kann man auch zu dritt nutzen.
