Diese gemütliche Wohnung eignet sich speziell für zwei Paare die zusammen wohnen möchten. In die heimelige Arvenstube mit grossem Tisch für 8 Personen, habe ich eine modernen Gastroküche eingebaut und mit zwei Kühlschränken ausgestatten. Somit verfügt jedes der beiden Doppezimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer und in der gemeinsam genutzten und gut ausgerüsteten Wohnküche (Arvenzimmer) hat es für jedes der Zimmer einen eigenen Kühlschrank. Das ganze liegt in mitten eines schönen Gartens.

Cozy & quiet room in antik house close to the lake

This lovely antik house is located in a very quiet and exceptionally beautiful street in the favored quarter Enge. To Museum Rietberg with it s beautiful park and lakeview it s just a short hop. It is eight minutes to the lakeside and ten minutes by tram to the mainstation. There is a big shopping center just some minutes apart with an asian spa and some good restaurants. Your guest room in japanese style with tatami mats is part of my simple furnished 4 room apartment.

Schöne Wohnung am Fluss

Unsere Wohnung ist schlicht aber schön eingerichtet, verfügt über einen begrünten gemütlichen Balkon und befindet sich in 15minütiger Entfernung vom Hauptbahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum. Man kann auch zu Fuss in die Stadt spazieren, alles der Limmat entlang. Dieser Teil der Limmat eignet sich ausserdem bestens zum Schwimmen:) Ihr könnt direkt mit dem Badeanzug zur Limmat gehen, es dauert nur eine Minute.

My apartment is simple but comfortable, ideally located just 10 meters from the Tuffennweis tram and a 5-minute walk from Alstetten train station. In just 15 minutes walk included, you can be anywhere in the heart of the city. It is a simple stay at an accordable price, if you want to move in on a long term basis (& year l’été) the rent is 2 500 charge included.
