Bauwagen in idyllischer Lage

Unser liebevoll ausgebauter Bauwagen steht in idyllischer Lage auf unserem Bauernhof in der Nähe der Pferde und Hühner. Es grünt und blüht überall um diese kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft herum. Du findest Ruhe und Natur, bist aber in wenigen Minuten in diversen Dörfern und in 15 Minuten in Winterthur. Es gibt 2 gemeinschaftlich genutzte WCs, allerdings ohne Dusche. Der Bauwagen ist ausgestattet mit einem gemütlichen 1,40 x 2 m-Bett und Sitzgelegenheiten, ebenso wie einer Heizung und Getränken.

The apartment is beautiful and sunny, spread across the first floor of a house in an elegant, quiet neighborhood (30 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from main station). 4.5 carefully decorated rooms, an office with two desks, living room, two bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, all with sun and daylight. The balcony faces Lake Zurich, a spectacular view. Zurich: clean air, clean waters, excellent public transport, amazing sports and cultural offerings, plus a notable events scene.

Farmhouse room with lovely charm

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
