Beautiful 1 Bed/1 Bath in College Park Orlando

College Park is a great residential neighborhood of Orlando close to all the action, but also far enough away if you are looking for peace and quiet. There are several bars, breweries, and restaurants within minutes by car and you can also Uber downtown within 5-10 minutes. The Advent Health Hospital is within walking distance just 3 blocks away. Everything from Disney and Theme Parks to nightlife and nature are about a 30 minute drive away. If you need any help deciding what to do, just ask.

Cozy stay near Orlando Airport and Port Canaveral

No shared areas. This apartment is located in a separate area of the house with a private entrance. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 55” smart tv, dresser, closet, and 2 nightstands. The den contains a 50” smart tv, sink, microwave, table and 2 chairs, cooktop, small refrigerator/freezer, “L” shaped sofa. This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
