Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
