Perched at the crest of a 12 acre pasture, enjoy both local and long range views of the Presidential Range. Trails lead you in various directions throughout the woods. The Cabin is a place to breathe deep, enjoy nature, and simply get away from it all!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee, meals or a cocktail on the spacious covered porch. Try some of our amazing local restaurants or cook in and share your meals at the large dining room table. Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."
