Perry's Roost, Little Catley (Farm)

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting, surrounded by nature, unspoilt countryside and views of the Malvern Hills. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible hill walks and picturesque local towns . Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles to suit.

Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

Welcome to the Stables and Hayloft, overlooking the Hop Kilns gardens and duck pond and beautiful Herefordshire countryside. The self-catering accommodation consists of a (super king size) bedroom and spacious luxurious bathroom, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors opening onto the south facing balcony with rural views. Netflix, wifi, parking with EV charging. Sorry no pets, no smoking anywhere on the premises, no additional visitors or guests.

'The Bobbin' boasts the most incredible views of the Malvern Hills, from Midsummer Hill in the south, right along their length to North Hill. It is entirely self-contained (double bed, kitchen area and shower/toilet, all connected to the mains supply) with its own entrance from the country lane, its own garden and is surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside and wildlife. It is ideally placed for walking and cycling, exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing with a book.

Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

The Cider Press, offers entirely purpose-built self-contained living space. On the ground floor, a convenient shower room/toilet adjacent to the impressive games room. Ascend to the first floor to find a spacious lounge area featuring a TV, along with a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and air fryer. Attached to our graceful Elizabethan Manor House and set within nearly four acres is this quirky yet comfortable ground floor conversion of a hop kiln which has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The accommodation faces south and is flanked by two enormous three hundred year old cedar trees on a quiet country lane with breathtaking countryside views.
