The Bothy, part of our 17th century Welsh farmhouse, offers a perfect base to explore Monmouthshire & the Brecon Beacons. Recently renovated, it has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed & bathroom with shower. Downstairs there’s a large living room w/sofabed and full kitchen. We provide freshly baked bread on arrival & home made marmalade & jam, butter, milk, tea & coffee. The Hall Inn iswithin easy walking distance and there's a log fire for nights in - ideal for a weekend in the country

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

Our beautiful beamed attached cottage complete with log burner is set in over 3 acres of private ancient woodland, in the Forest of Dean near the River Wye. The garden path leads down to a secluded orchard which is a haven for birds, deer & wildlife. The cottage is located in a quiet country lane, with walks to our local pubThe Ostrich Inn and town. We are close to all ammenities, cycle trails, river activities and the best of what the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley has to offer.

Forest of Dean, The Old Chapel

In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Candles in the evening and a beast of a woodburner makes this an incredibly relaxing place to be. Something a little bit different.

Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. 'The Cwtch' at Dan y Coed is set in the small village of Gilwern near to Crickhowell and Abergavenny. The 200 year old cottage is set on a quiet country lane in the heart of the Brecon Beacons . ‘The Cwtch’ is an annex on the right side of the property. A private part of the house, it does however share the main entrance only. Its self catering with fridge, microwave toaster and a cooker .
