Our comfortable coach house is spotlessly clean light & fresh. WiFi & Netflix Location close to Airbus, Rolls Royce, GKN, MOD,UWE,SGS College, & Royal Mail. Close to local takeaways & shops. Bristol City Centre easily accessible by car, bus & rail links (Parkway) We have 1 dedicated parking space. If you have a high vehicle over 7ft, it will not go under the drive through (see photo). Living area is upstairs, (we have handrail) which may be unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties

This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

Ideally located for Monday - Friday accommodation for work purposes or short leisure break in Bristol. The property allows sole use of the ground floor (The rest of property will be unoccupied), which includes large double bedroom with en-suite, lounge with conservatory, Kitchen dinner with all cooking facilities available. The Dairy is a quaint self-contained annex at the side of our detached property in the picturesque village of Tockington just north of Bristol. There is a bedroom on a mezzanine over an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and shower room. The accommodation is situation on the approach to the village, accessed from a private driveway with parking at the front. You have the use of a private veranda with views of the countryside and the opportunity to take in the village atmosphere.

Modern apartment near The Wave & Aztec West

Please note we have 2 dogs at the property. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Olli's Cottage-Terrace &Jacuzzi

Olli's cottage is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburds, newly refurbished 700sq Ft/70 Sqm with private terrace and hot tub (3 days notice required/small extra charge). In close proximity to La Villa Olli: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (Small extra charge). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip in a tranquil environment within 5 minutes access to country pubs.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
