lasagna is one of the best dishes in Italy. We will teach you how to do it! It will be a very fun experience, our teachers are waiting for you in our cooking school.
Also will learn how to make Spaghetti! We will be in San Frediano, the school can be reached from any point of the historic center even by walking.
We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. We will show you how to cook sauces to season your pasta.
During the experience we will offer you the wine that I produce in my organic farm, make with natural method. Wine will be served at mealtime. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the class.
After preparing the pasta, we will set a table and eat it together the pasta that you have prepared, like an italian family.
To finish, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. All of you will received the recipes with our secrets. Generally the course lasts 3 hours with about 12 people per group, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique experience

I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant in Italy and around the world, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta.
You will meet only the best chefs in town, all with Michelin start restaurant back ground, all with the same mission, share our experience and our family traditions, ready to share the love for Italian Gastronomic culture.
We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch!

The Secrets of Parmigiano Reggiano Full
At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products.

Unforgettable Tuscan Wine Tour
Discovering Chianti is a unique and delicious experience, especially if done with an expert.
By taking part to this tour, you will travel thought breathtaking Tuscan landscapes, enjoying the typical hills and vineyards.
You'll will visit 2 wineries (until February 15 - then 3 for rest of the season): a beautiful luxurious winery villa, then one small local family winery, where you will have the chance to learn about production processes, visit the cellars and taste their wines, paired with traditional Tuscan appetizers and extravirgin olive oil.
The itinerary will then lead you the hearth of Chianti: here you’ll have the impression to be inside a movie, thanks to the rolling hills around it and the extremely narrow streets that create a magical atmosphere.
We will finally arrive in Greve in Chianti and admire its unique square. This is the capital of Chianti Classico wine area.
We will visit the historical butcher shop where you will be overwhelmed by taste, while sampling their products and you will enjoy an Aperitivo.

Discovering Balsamic Vinegar of Modena!
The experience takes place at "Acetaia Malagoli Daniele and B&B" in the emilian countryside between Modena and Bologna. Daniele is Sofia's dad and at the age of 22 she turned his hobby for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena into a business. The house is based in the emilian countryside, between of Modena and Bologna. What to expect? Well, first of all a warm welcome, but also a professional explanation - surrounded by ancient barrels - on the black gold of Modena.
The Malagolis are always glad to welcome tourists at their family’s Acetaia and B&B and to share their knowledge and passion with them.
This is an educational experience where you'll learn a lot about the traditions of Modena, but especially on authentic products and how to recognize them. You'll learn the differences between the IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and the DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. They sound similar, they both are good products, but they are at the same time, different products, born for different reasons and it means that they should be also used differently. Moreover, you'll understand how to recognize them on the market.
Last but not least: you can chose to come at 2:30 - as scheduled - or at 10:30 am or 4:30 pm. Chose the time that works better for you and tell it to us!

Don't miss this experience, learn the art of fresh egg pasta in a splendid Florentine villa from the 1500s. We will be on the hills of Florence, just ten minutes from the city center, from which you'll enjoy a fantastic view! Get out of the tourist circuit and enjoy your new friends! We'll start with a welcome coffee and cookies to get to know each other a little bit, then let's get our hands in the dough from scratch with flour and eggs, following my instructions, we'll do two different shapes of pasta. We will roll it out by hand and thee pasta machine, making shapes for Ravioli & spaghetti, but not without a small aperitif with tomato basil “bruschetta” and few glasses of Prosecco! It is already time to prepare another dough, the potatoes Gnocchi.Our menu is ready: gnocchi with special sauce, spaghetti with pesto and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, with a butter and sage sauce. Nonantola (Campazzo) in The province of Modena,(Maranello FERRARI CAR -20 min) about half an hour in the Northwest of Bologna,(DUCATI MOTORBIKE,35 min, LAMBORGHINI CAR 10 min) is the only and exclusive area in the world where Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena (ABTM D.O.P.) is produced, a traditional Emilian cuisine made with Cooked grape must, naturally fermented and vinegarizated, nothing is added and then aged for at least twelve(12) years or Twenty five (25) and until fifty years or more. You will be immersed in a tasting experience (10 different kinds of aged vinegar) and understanding of the aging process of this Masterpiece of Italian culinary tradition. On Request IN ADVANCE (2 days at least) at the end of the visit you could taste the flavours of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena in typical dishes (crescentine, prosciutto, salame, formaggio, Parmigiano Reggiano, vino, frittata, fragole, caffè, liquore) and you could buy a Giugiaro bottle of 100 ml of 12 or 25 years old vinegar, both at a special price

Our meal will feature seasonal local herbs and of course you will taste our Oil .You'll enjoy a day outside from the noise of the city a non-turistic experience. During 3 hours we prepare FRESH PASTA and TIRAMISÙ made from the beginning to the end by the participants, with the guidance and explanation of Paola the chef.
We will start by sourcing ingredients to understand seasonality and freshness, we will create a traditional, seasonal and gourmet meal in our home kitchen. Every lesson is hand crafted specially for what your dietary needs and what the farmers brought in that day.

Truffle hunting in Chianti hills
Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery.
We will go to find truffles in our Woods. You ' ll return to Florence in the end.

My Tuscan Ceramic with a master potter
If you are looking for an out of the binaries experience to do something new and special, you are in the right place!
I will be happy to make you experience the day-life of an artisan, bringing you inside a pottery factory and then discovering the feel of clay manipulating.
We first will meet in my shop in Montelupo Fiorentino, opened for 20 years in a historical village known all over the world for its ceramic production. Montelupo is situated precisely in the middle of Pisa and Florence so it is easily reachable by train or by car in about a half-hour from both sides. It is a beautiful village and I hope you will love it as I do!
From the shop we will go together to the factory where I will show you the cycle of production of Italian handmade pottery, telling you the history behind and explaining all the techniques.
If you want, there is also the possibility to design and purchase something new that will be custom made for you by our artisans!
After the factory, it will be your turn! We will go back to the shop where my father will be happy to teach you how to make your pottery piece.
Don't worry if you never used a wheel, the course is funny and satisfying for everyone!
And as icing on the cake your creation will be fired and shipped to your house, to have a tangible memory of the experience but above all to have a piece of Tuscany at home!

We invite you to spend a relaxing day on our organic hilltop luxury farm in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
For a day you will get away from the crowds, heat, noise and queues. Enjoy a day of nature, incredible views, friendly people, great food and wine!
Our experience starts in Florence Santa Maria Novella Central Station where you will meet and we will help you buy the train tickets to San Miniato. The train ride to San Miniato will take 40 minutes.
Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our vineyard and olive grown. We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn.
During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil.
After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church.

My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas.
I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique.
Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live.
I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense.
The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines.
If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed.
Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

Join me in a fantastic cooking class, you'll be able to mix together flour and eggs the Italian way.
I'll welcome you at the door wearing a mask. After washing hands, we'll have a coffee and small talk. You'll learn all the secrets to making the traditional fresh-eggs pasta and tips about the origin of our amazing food. I achieve a balance between demonstration and hands-on at the working station. We'll prepare two different pasta shapes and try to shape another three. Then you'll see me in the kitchen cooking and preparing the dishes.
You'll sit at the table at a 1-meter distance from one another. In a few minutes, you'll taste what you have previously prepared from scratch, topped with different sauces.

MY FARM three experiences in one day
Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes!
2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission.
You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship.
3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist!

Cooking Class & 360 View of Florence
We meet in piazza San Pier Maggiore, an historical sight, where we will buy seasonal products from a traditional vegetable stall.
We will then move to the terrace where a breathtaking view of Florence awaits us.
Sometimes, to spice up our cooking class, some fabulous Florence folks will join us, dishing out their local experiences with a pinch of anecdotes and a dash of suggestions on the coolest things to do!
We will get our hands dirty and we’ll prepare an appetizer and we will prepare a fresh hand/home made egg and flour pasta (e.g. tagliatelle, pappardelle), and a fresh and sweet Tiramisù.
The experience will end by enjoying our meal and the deserved results of the hard work together!!

Bologna gastronomic experience with a local
You'll be able to experience the local way of eating and drinking in Bologna thanks to this experience!
We'll take you through a gastronomic journey which will make you discover what are the hidden places and food that only the locals knows and that you must try!
The goal is to share with you what exactly our typical day would be, the classic outing we do with our friends and family, surprising your appetite and taste buds with + 15 foods and wine tastings!
We'll start with a proper Emilian snack in a local bottega in the Quadrilatero.
Then we will move on directly purchasing and tasting cold cuts, cheeses and breads, many different types but all belonging to the Area of Bologna, always accompanied by local wine.
Then walking through the old town centre, we'll try two iconic homemade pasta in a classical Osteria Bolognese plus a secret second course always paired with another local wine.
We will conclude with the best gelato in town!
There will be a surprise tasting in the middle of the experience, which will give you the opportunity to taste another emilian tradition.
Of course, being local, will share with you some historical and interesting anecdotes about the city and it's cuisine!
To give right expectations, our cuisine it is not historically and properly indicated for vegetarian diet but of course we'll do our best to accomodate all your requests !
Food markets tour in Bologna
I will bring you to the typical and local food markets. We will go shopping in the best food shops of Bologna, where usually locals go. We will taste local salumi, local cheese and home-made pasta, and local wine of course! We will go also to a special ancient indoor market, where you can buy specialities of the town to bring home! I will suggest you what to but and how to cook it. We Will also have amazing gelato!
You will enjoy the special atmosphere that makes the district so special, lively and energetic while learning more about things you can’t miss when visiting Bologna.

The secret of wine & cheese in a winery
Bring with you a big appetite, as you will be able to taste 10 cheeses and 10 wines, as well as a full Tuscan style lunch.
We will meet in Florence and after getting to know eachother, we will head towards the hills of Florence.
You will be able to see vineyards and the olive trees that are used to make our olive oil.
Our first stop will be an authentic winery,
We will show you the machinery used in making the wine and then you will be able to taste the cheese and have it paired with the farm's wine.
Our next stop will be another Chianti farmhouse. We will stop to take some pictures while our cook will prepare a big spread for lunch, aswell as more cheese to taste.
There will also be a first course, second course and gelato.
The food will be paired with prosecco, sparkling rose and then some more reds.
At the end, we will return to Florence so that you may get ready for another evening
Explore The Secrets of Bologna
We'll start off with the cheeky secret hidden in the Fountain of Neptune!
Then, I'll tell you all about the biggest church in Bologna, Saint Petronius.
I'll take you to a historical, Bolognese chocolate shop on our way as well.
You'll see exactly why we call Bologna "La Dotta" when I tell you about the Archiginnasio.
After all that, of course we have to see The Fat part of Bologna, and we'll go through the market
You can't visit Bologna without going to the Two Towers! I'll take you there and let you know the particular story that's behind its construction.
After showing you some of my favorite spots, we'll go to Via delle Pescherie Vecchie, and enter into the world Bologna is famous for: food! Situated in the center, this street is filled with restaurants and markets. By now, you'll probably be hungry so I'll recommend the best Italian restaurants!
Of course, we can't miss the university district as well, where we'll also head into the ex-Jewish Ghetto of Bologna.
Don't forget I'll be your personal photographer as well, and I'll follow your pace the whole time!

The Secrets of Parmigiano Reggiano Full
At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products.

Tasty Florence Street Food Tour
Enjoy a stroll along the historical streets and live piazzas of Florence during this 2.5 hours tour while you sample local specialties led by a foodie expert. See where locals shop fresh fruits and vegetables, visit a local historic market and sample traditional dishes. At the market you will sample olive oil and different kinds of truffles. Try local Florentine food at a local trattoria from 1860. Sample local specialties like "Coccole" and "Schiacciata" and much more!
As you move from one foodie stop to another you will learn facts about the history, culinary and culture with spectacular panoramic views of the most important attractions of the city such as the Cathedral, Palazzo Vecchio, Basilica di Santa Croce, and more!

Unforgettable Tuscan Wine Tour
Discovering Chianti is a unique and delicious experience, especially if done with an expert.
By taking part to this tour, you will travel thought breathtaking Tuscan landscapes, enjoying the typical hills and vineyards.
You'll will visit 2 wineries (until February 15 - then 3 for rest of the season): a beautiful luxurious winery villa, then one small local family winery, where you will have the chance to learn about production processes, visit the cellars and taste their wines, paired with traditional Tuscan appetizers and extravirgin olive oil.
The itinerary will then lead you the hearth of Chianti: here you’ll have the impression to be inside a movie, thanks to the rolling hills around it and the extremely narrow streets that create a magical atmosphere.
We will finally arrive in Greve in Chianti and admire its unique square. This is the capital of Chianti Classico wine area.
We will visit the historical butcher shop where you will be overwhelmed by taste, while sampling their products and you will enjoy an Aperitivo.

Shoes: wearing heels is not recommended, especially thin ones, due to walking, vineyards, and cobble stone streets.
