It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). House is 200m away from the sea, and it is surrounded by two beautiful beaches. The house has it's own pool and garden, outdoor grill, a play area (trampoline, swinfs, footvall table)., parking space.
