unsere kleine 60m2 wohnung bietet dir von der innenausstattung alles was du brauchst - neben einem großartigen ausblick auf unseren hausberg, den ötscher (1898m), aber auch in die idyllische landschaft des mostviertels. durch die fenster, die direkten blick auf die benachbarten felder und wälder freigeben… unsere lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig, am dorfrand von wieselburg-land, andererseits sind es zur westautobahnauffahrt ybbs nur 5 km. die umgebung bietet ein abwechslungsreiches programm!

Granary on a Lamafarm

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Zugesperrte Verbindungstür zum Wohnhaus. Separater Eingang, Dusche Waschbecken und WC im Zimmer vorhanden. Kleine Kinder wohnen im Haus Wandermöglichkeiten, Radwege vorhanden. Hallenbad in Scheibbs Schigebiete Ötscher 40 min Hochkar ca 50 min und Solebad Göstling 40 min entfernt

Wohnappartment inkl. Küche, Badezimmer/WC, Vorzimmer, eigenem Eingang, abgeschlossener Privatparkplatz. Das Appartment ist in rustikalem Bauernstil gehalten welches sich in einem stilvollen ehemaligen Vierkanthof befindet. Unser Haus liegt am Rande des Ostszentrums in ruhiger Lage. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Auf Grund der großzügigen Ausstattung und Anordnung sehr gut für Geschäftsreisende und Monteure geeignet.

Wohnung im Zentrum von Melk

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Melk im 1. Stock eines barocken Bürgerhauses. sie ist 50 qm groß und besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Waschraum mit Dusche Waschmuschel und WC. Auch ein Fön und ein Minitressor ist vorhanden. Vom Erkerwohnzimmer mit einer Holzdecke aus dem Jahre 1568 blicken sie direkt auf die Fußgängerzone. Die Stufen der Sechergasse neben dem Haus führen direkt zu unserem berühmten Stift Melk.

Mikrohaus in Krems-Süd

Auf Grund der positiven Erfahrungen als Airbnb Hosts, haben wir 2020-2022 den kleinsten Stadl auf unserem Grundstück in ein Tinyhouse umgebaut. Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Auf wenigen qm, bietet das kleine Haus alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Bezaubernde Terrasse inkludiert! Herzlich Willkommen!
