This modern holiday apartment with private pool is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. On the fully fenced terrace (150m2) with pool area you can relax and sunbathe while in the evening you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones at the outdoor barbecue. This stylishly furnished apartment is located in the peaceful area of the small resort of Ližnjan, where there are many hidden natural beaches. In a few minutes drive you reach the well known tourist resort Medulin.

Kuća je okružena privatnom okučnicom, u kojoj se nalazi zajednički roštilj. U blizini apartmana nalaze se ljekarna , pošta , bankomat, autobusno stajalište , te restorani i kafići. Najbliža plaža udaljena je samo 1,5 km .

Restaurants, shops, bars, tourist agencies are within walking distance.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
