Lay in bed at night and listen to river that runs the entire length of the property. The house has a full kitchen with seating for 6. Spacious living room for relaxing or admiring one of the many birds that visit all year round. Two upstairs bedrooms and office space. Walkout basement with full entertainment area, hot tub,exercise room.

On a cold winter morning Wake up in a luxurious bed in a stylish cabin with panoramic Vermont views. Grab a hot coffee with a book from our library. Hot mug in hand, step out to the porch, look at faraway hills. Make breakfast in the Chefs kitchen. Snowshoe/slide/talk/play with your favorite people/animals in the world. Take a scenic drive to Woodstock, Simon Pearce, Okemo, or the Harpooon Brewery. Kick back with a night around the firepit stargazing Sharing our Red House with you.

Welcome to Sugar River Treehouse! If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, in the most unique, breathtaking, beautiful setting, you have found it. On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Delight in this friendly, fully renovated (2022) modern ski condo next to Killington's popular Snowshed base area, learn-to-ski trails, and golf course. Shuttle-On / Ski-Off to the condo during peak season. The location is prime for accessing everything the area has to offer. Relax for some streaming after a day on the mountain on the 65" TV. Enjoy the Whiffletree condo association's outdoor pool and tennis courts in the summer, settle in by the gas fireplace, or head out to explore.

This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill. The room has high ceilings, a full-sized bed, a bathroom/shower, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and compact fridge. You will have a private entrance to the space and access to a yard, a 3 season patio room, bedroom with a queen sized bed and queen pullout couch, a separate dining area, grill, and a private bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, table, coffee/tea bar, plates, utensils, mugs, and a microwave.
