My cottage is located minutes from excellent dining options, outdoor activities like: fishing in the world famous Indian River Lagoon and Sebastian Inlet, relaxing on the beach, kayaking, bike-riding, live music and much more. Load up the boat or just pack sun screen and come see why I wouldn't live anywhere else! The cottage is two miles from Skydive Sebastian. There is something for everyone in Sebstian, FL - all walks of life are welcome!

Romance Beach Resort brings the beach to you. This is a 3 bedroom and small nursery, 2 bath pool home. The pool is heated and surrounded by a sandy beach area. The yard is completely fenced, and private on all sides. The yard has a 16x16 sundeck with lounge chairs, towels, floats, and beach chairs. There is also an adult size swing set, cornhole, and a waterfall. This house is a perfect get away. Great place for families with children. Toys, wii, and beach supplies are also provided.

Spacious, private 1 bedroom guest house with child safe pool, Wifi smart tv, kitchen, with full size frig. sink, microwave & cook top. Dining room, living room, bathroom with walkin shower. Covered parking, gas grill, wash & dryer access, beach chairs. We prefer no pets but if necessary there is added charge $10/pet per night. Enjoy a taste of farm life, pet & feed goats/sheep, & chickens. All less than 15 mins from beautiful beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, sky diving, & shopping.
