Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Weilheim, Peißenberg oder Murnau. Außerdem liegt ein natürlicher Badeweiher mit kleiner Kneippeinrichtung circa 1km entfernt und ermöglicht spontanes Erfrischen zu jeder Tageszeit

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Der idyllische Froschhauser See sowie der Riegsee sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch zum großen Bruder, dem Staffelsee mit seinen sieben Inseln und zahlreichen Strandbädern sowie Einkehrmöglichkeiten gelangt man jederzeit in einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang.
