Njivice 11 is a detached villa in the village of Njivice, a few steps from the sea and beach, with stunning views down the bay of Kotor to Mount Lovcen, Herceg Novi and to the mountains beyond. Re-decorated for 2023, this fully furnished & equipped villa has a light airy feel with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the large upstairs sitting room, sleeping a maximum of six. The spacious downstairs terrace overlooks the fishing harbour below. Secure parking for two cars is available - 50m away.
