September 2025I seldom give 5 star reviews but this condo exceeded my expectations. We were there during rod run one block from Main Street and still very quiet. There is a private balcony that wasn’t in description so that’s a plus.

August 2025What a beautiful, warm home for a perfect getaway to upper cape cod. I felt right at home and was extremely comfortable staying with 3 other adults and my toddler. Maria had left recommendations for restaurants as well as a book full of ideas for travel fun in the area. Highly recommend this home for your next stay in Mashpee!

August 2025The condo was SUPER convenient to everything. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy, and we slept very well. I was worried about the noise (being so close to the main strip and The Island), but it was actually very quiet! Also conveniently close to Publix for groceries. Would definitely stay again!

July 2025Had an excellent stay. We had a busy week, and this place was perfect to crash at the end of the day, and had more to offer than we were able to take advantage of.
Great layout. Good space for 6 of us, never felt cramped. Master Suite over the garage is great.
Owner is super responsive. Don’t think it ever took more than an hour (usually less) to get an answer to a question.
Will be looking to stay here again.
