July 2025Very nice apartment. Gre was very responsive and I had no issues. The place was clean and easy to access. A little scary at first being alone as a 21 year old girl in the surrounding area, but no issues other than the street light at night turns off pretty quickly. Washer and dryers are paid for $2 per load, but the machines are well maintained. Definitely would recommend, especially if you have 2 people or are comfortable being alone.

April 2025First of all ….Be prepared to fall in LOVE with this place. The furnishings and decor are tastefully done and so FUN . And the location is perfect for all that downtown St. Pete has to offer : museums, restaurants , breweries, and live music . My partner and I walked most days to nearby Crescent Lake. We enjoyed all the wildlife there , particularly the beautiful white pelicans. Though it’s nice to be back home in Virginia , we miss our little apartment already!! Thank you SO MUCH Gre and Phillaine. We had a wonderful time.
