This 24 Hour Fitness is truly open 24 hours a day. The onsite Kids Club has limited hours. Double check before you go, but as of writing this the drop in day care hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:00am-1:30pm & 5:00pm-8:00pm. Friday 8:45am-1:30pm. Saturday 8:00am-12:30pm. Sunday 8:00am-12:00pm.
