Impressive concrete park with a large concrete fountain as the main feature. In 1999 when it was built, this park was awarded a medallion from the American Society of Landscape Architects. Great place to marvel at the fountain and relax.

Fountain runs from late Spring until Early Fall. Truly one of the best sights in Portland.

When this fountain is open and running it's beautiful. Last time I was there people were swimming in the fountain pools.
